New York and Internationally licensed Esthetician with twenty years of experience in the beauty industry. Elizabeth's passion for beauty and esthetics began at thirteen, starting as a stage and theater makeup artist.
While pursuing a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Hunter College, Elizabeth worked at prestigious New York City establishments, including SAKS Fifth Avenue, The Waldorf Astoria, and the Soho Grand Hotel. Though initially preparing for a career in law, a life-changing conversation with her sister Jenn led her to follow her true passion in esthetics.
Within a month of deciding to pursue esthetics, Elizabeth enrolled at Atelier Esthetique School of Esthetics on Park Avenue, completing the 600-hour NY State curriculum and earning an international license through ITEC. Her career quickly flourished as she worked at some of New York City's top spas, serving a high-profile, international clientele. Soon after, she was invited back to teach at Atelier Esthetique, igniting her passion for mentoring other estheticians.
After a decade in NYC, Elizabeth moved to Connecticut, managing for Elizabeth Arden and becoming a regional trainer and top-selling skin therapist for Massage Envy Spas. She traveled extensively, sharing her knowledge and expertise. This led her to create EMD Skin Solutions, a successful spa consulting business where she helped elevate estheticians and spa owners across the country.
During her years as a spa consultant, Elizabeth also became a trusted media contributor and writer for the beauty industry, gaining extensive press and exposure. While EMD Skin Solutions was a rewarding chapter, she has since shifted her focus to helping beauty and wellness founders gain visibility, land more press, and drive greater success in their businesses.
